From multiple project start-ups and newly awarded contracts to consistent training performance and outstanding employee contributions, our teams demonstrated dedication and excellence in every area.
We are especially proud of our expanding footprint in healthcare and commercial facilities, along with maintaining a solid YTD Training Score of 95%+, reflecting our commitment to quality and compliance. As we move into April, we remain focused on growth, safety, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Training & Performance

Operational performance remained strong throughout March, with the YTD Training Score improving to 95.76%, reflecting consistent progress in employee development and compliance. Training engagement increased during key weeks, with several team members achieving 100% scores, demonstrating strong participation and understanding.

There was also a continued focus on safety awareness through weekly topics, along with maintaining training consistency and accountability
across all teams. Improvements in onboarding and daily processes helped support smoother operations and service delivery.

Overall, our teams remained committed to safety, quality, and efficiency in all aspects of their work.

Contracts Awarded

We secured several new contracts and projects throughout March across a variety of facility types, including healthcare facilities, commercial
spaces, religious institutions, government buildings, and residential cleaning projects. These included multiple project awards throughout the month, as well as expansions of existing services and additional specialty cleaning work.

These accomplishments reflect the continued trust our clients place in our team and highlight our steady growth across multiple sectors.
