Fun Fact about the Janitorial Industry

Did you know? Hospitals that implement enhanced cleaning and disinfection protocols for high-touch surfaces can significantly reduce healthcare-associated infections (HAIs). Studies show that consistent environmental cleaning programs can reduce the transmission of certain pathogens by up to 30–40%, especially when combined with proper hand hygiene and staff training.

This highlights the critical role janitorial and environmental services play in healthcare—not just in appearance, but in directly protecting patient safety and improving outcomes. For TC Services, this reinforces the importance of strict cleaning protocols, proper chemical usage, and ongoing training—especially in healthcare and clinical environments where sanitation directly impacts patient health and safety.
