TC Services janitorial services follow a very comprehensive delivery process which allows us to effectively produce and deliver services on a daily basis.  Our janitorial process outlines are based on the best practices developed from the international Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA) for the CIMS-GB certification, which stands for Cleaning Industry Management Standards for Green buildings.  Our CIMS-GB certification is audited on a regular basis by a third party to ensure that all the best practices are being followed.

Our framework for service delivery follows the processes necessary to effectively produce and deliver quality services on a daily basis.  The customer-centric processes include purchasing, staffing and handling unexpected events.

  • Quality Control

TC Services offers a number of key performance indicators to ensure that your quality standards are the highest possible.  These indicators include: daily site inspections performed by supervisors, weekly site inspections performed by quality control manager or inspector, project calendars to ensure all non-daily tasks are performed in a timely manner, online work order and client request tracking to ensure all requests meet expectations and are completed in a timely manner, and a quarterly business review designed to review the performance over the previous quarter and develop proactive plans for the next quarter.
